My name is Graham and I am an E-Space teacher. When I lived in Australia, I worked at large insurance companies and banks. I also worked for the Government in Australia. When I moved to Thailand, I enrolled in a TEFL course (Teach English as a Foreign Language), and successfully completed the course. With my TEFL qualification, I taught English at 2 Government schools in the local district. I taught English to student classes for Kindergarten, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4. The age of the students in those classes ranged from 5 years old to 10 years old. I also taught teenagers and adults in small classes as part of my TEFL course. The creation of the ASEAN community will provide many opportunities for the workforce to obtain well paid employment with multi-national companies, who will locate their businesses to ASEAN member countries. Some of these companies are already well established within the ASEAN community. These companies will require most employees to have a good command of the English language, with sufficient reading, writing and speaking skills. As a native English language speaker and teacher, I will ensure my students gain the necessary skills to obtain successful and satisfying employment, in whatever career path they choose. My easy-going style of teaching, sense of humour and patience with young students, will ensure students enjoy learning the English language in a fun and relaxed environment
